Prices
The prices section is an opportunity to benefit the club financially. Garments uploaded to the store will automatically be at our standard team store price which ensures your members are getting value for their money.
However, the club administrator can now mark-up the pricing of garments to earn revenue for your club on each purchase.
To mark up the price of a garment, select the edit price button and enter the value you want to mark up the garment by. After saving your changes, it will now display the new price which includes the markup.
Over time as orders are placed through the team store your markup earnings will accumulate and can be viewed through your dashboard homepage under Loyalty & Commission Section.
Loyalty & Commission Section
The Loyalty and Commission Section offers ways for your club to benefit through the Serious Sport online store platform.
The loyalty scheme earnings are a new feature that rewards all our clubs and teams for their support over the years.
When the club hits certain milestones of purchase credit they are rewarded. The longer you have been with us the more you'll be rewarded, aiding all clubs big and small.
Your store credit will accumulate over time and you'll have the freedom to redeem your credit on any teamwear or equipment through Serious Sport at any time through My Earnings & Transactions.
My Stores
The My Store section is a new feature that allows your club, organisation or team to split into sections to better streamline your teamwear range and point your members in the right direction to order the right kit.
This is a useful feature for clubs or teams that have separate sections. For example, a junior, women and men’s section of a club that has different kit or sponsors can be displayed across different stores.
To build a new store simply select create a new store and follow the team store setup instructions.
Each individual team store would fall under an umbrella under the one main store. This means that you can provide a link to team members and they can select their correct store.
