Clothing
Can I change my order once placed?
Yes, but only before your order has been picked in our warehouse. Once this has happened your order will be made and dispatched to you. The status of your order can be viewed by logging into your account.
Can I have my teamwear order dispatched sooner?
Please select ‘fast track’ in the delivery method when placing your order. There will be an additional charge for this, but your hand made order comes out super quick!
Can I purchase embroidered teamwear from the Dummer store?
All embroidered team wear must be ordered online as we hand make it all, however your order can be collected in store. You will receive a dispatch email which means your item is ready to collect which normally takes around 5 working days.
Can I return end of line/clearance items?
Unfortunately we cannot accept return of any end of line/clearance items for refund or exchange.
How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to our size guide on each item before adding to basket. We hold blanks of most teamwear garments in our store in Basingstoke should you wish to try on before ordering, especially if items are being personalised as they cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How long do I have to return unsuitable Christmas Presents?
The returns period has been extended from the usual 14 days. You have until the 18 January 2021 to return any unsuitable Christmas purchases.
How long will my order take to be dispatched?
We manufacture all items in house and all orders are hand made with the personalisation you require.
As a result all team wear orders are normally shipped within 5-7 working days. If you are desperate for your kit, upgrade to our industry leading fast track service. Please note: throughout our peak periods due to high levels of orders it may take slightly longer to dispatch your order particularly if we are hand making it!
Equipment and unpersonalised clothing have a slightly quicker turnaround of 2-3 working days.
My garment is the wrong size, can I return it?
We can exchange any item as long as there is no extra personalisation such as names, numbers or initials. We cannot exchange any sublimated items. Please return your item to: Serious Sport Group, Returns Department, The Dummer Cricket Centre, Dummer, Basingstoke, RG25 2AR with your completed returns form found on the reverse of your order details enclosed in your original package. Returns can only be accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Coaching
Can I pay for 4 or 10 one to ones to receive a discounted rate?
Please select ‘Buy Now & Save’ on coaching page, these credits will be added to your account for you then to choose the one to one bookings at your convenience and you will get them at a cheaper rate.
Do I have any coaching credits remaining?
Please log in to your account and you will see the number of credits or monetary value available.
How can I book a course, club or workshop?
To book a course, club or workshop, please create an account by selecting ‘My Account’ then go to the coaching section and book the places on courses you require.
How do I book a one to one coaching session?
To book a one to one please create an account by selecting ‘My Account’ then head to the 1-1 coaching area in the coaching section, choose your coach or time and book in.
How do I know what coach, times & dates are available to book?
Please select ‘one to one coaching’ from home page and use filters provided on screen and select the green ‘go’ button.
How do I know what courses, club or workshops are available?
Please select ‘coaching’ then ‘courses, club or workshops’ from home page and use filters provided on screen and select the green ‘go’ button.
How far in advance can I book?
All courses are available to book for the current year. One to ones can be booked up to approx. 3 months in advance.
How much are courses / clubs / workshops?
Prices vary, please refer to course bookings page.
How much is a one to one coaching session?
£55 per hour although they are cheaper if you book a block of 4 or 10 sessions.
What should I wear for Holiday Courses, Summer Camps and Clubs.
Non marking trainers need to be worn and either cricket wear or sports wear will be appropriate clothing.
Will I play hard ball cricket on a Junior or Senior Course?
If you have the required equipment (helmet, pads, gloves, abdo guard, bat) you may play hardball in the nets. If not, you will play with a soft ball in the Arena.

If I order equipment online, when will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all equipment orders within 2 working days subject to items being in stock.If you need it any sooner upgrade to our next day delivery or even fast track delivery options. If you order team wear with your equipment then it will be around 5 working days for dispatch unless you fast track the order.
My item isn’t suitable, can I return it?

What time does the shop open on Bank Holidays
The shop is open on the following Bank Holidays - Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May and Spring Bank Holiday from 10am-4pm. The Centre is also open on these Bank Holidays from 9am-4pm. We are closed on all other Bank Holidays .
When is your cricket store open?
Please see our full retail store and cricket centre opening times at the contact us section on the site. We hold nearly everything on our website in store but if you are keen on a particular item please do call in advance to make sure we have the product you are after.

How do I book a net & bowling machine?
To book a net with or without a bowling machine please create an account by selecting ‘My Account’ then visit our cricket centre section where you can choose the times and dates for net lanes you need.
How do I know what times & dates are available to book?
Please select ‘cricket centre’ then ‘net hire’ from the top banner. Select the date you require and this will display the availability where you chose the time, net lane and bowling machine.
How far in advance can I book net lanes or the arena?
Normally you can book up to 4 months in advance.
How much is a net to hire?
Our standard rates are £25 per hour for a net lane hire plus £5 if you require a bowling machine. Sign up to our newsletter though for seasonal discounts
