I had looked around for a kit provider for some time as our hockey club was due fresh kits. No other Hockey kit providers could deliver the quick and effective service that I received from Tom and Serious Sport. Within 24-hours of me creating an account and coming up with some mock designs, I had received a call directly discussing all the different options. I found the phone call really helped kick start the whole thing as it allowed me to have direct contact at Serious Sport and Tom was always very quick with responding to emails which made the whole process feel so easy. I was able to ask for graphics and mock-ups of the kit and nothing was ever too much trouble. I was even sent a test shirt so we could confidently pick our sizes which made me feel at ease knowing the shirts would fit. Not only did Serious Sport provide us with 2 amazing kits but this also comes with the bonus of our very own club store which is something I didn’t think id see our hockey club being able to have. But it is an amazing bonus of using Serious Sport as players now can pick and choose what training gear they like and any player who has ordered something has received the items within a week. From the first phone call, delivery of the kits took less than 6 weeks which was only possible due to the high level of service provided by Tom and Serious Sport. I can only thank him and everyone else who would have played a part behind the scenes for everything they have done.

Serious Sport have been absolutely excellent to deal with. I contacted them to enquire about a new kit for our field hockey team and right from the start they were extremely helpful and were quick to reply to email correspondence. Their kit builder online was easy to use and it was great for getting visuals of what kit might look like. I was also really impressed with the variety of designs that were available, this meant we had a good few choices and were able to find one that fitted well with our team colours. Samples were sent out quickly and it was great to receive a swatch that contained all the colours they offered so we could see what these would look like on the material of the strip. We were delighted with the kit when it arrived and it was all how we expected. We later were offered to set up a team shop, which has been successful so far, and again was very impressed with the range of products they could offer us for very good prices. Our team kit was also added on to our shop which meant that it was easy enough to order single items of kit, which originally drew me to Serious Sport due to their no minimum order cut off. I would highly recommend using this company for any sports teams looking for great high quality kit and a five star service.
