Job Vacancy - Serious Cricket Saturday / Seasonal Retail Assistance

In addition to the retail element of the business, Serious Sport also offer teamwear, sublimation, printing and embroidery to a large array of sports clubs across the UK and beyond. Serious Cricket prides itself on its reputation for excellent customer services, which is backed by the vast range of the latest products from all the leading brands.
We are currently looking to recruit a Saturday/Seasonal Sales Assistant(s) to our brand new Eversley Cricket Shop who will support our business to always deliver exceptional service, whilst sharing passion and knowledge about our fantastic products and services.
The candidate will be expected to work Saturdays 9.00am – 5pm* and will be able to potentially work additional hours during peak holiday periods / other times as appropriate.
* Reverting to an earlier finish from June and then throughout the summer period.
Job Description
• Provide exceptional service to all customers
• Advise and recommend products to meet customer’s cricketing needs
• Support business growth by maximising sales
• Always keep all stock on display clean and presentable and the shop floor tidy
About You
• A great communicator who’s always looking for ways to help
• Friendly, calm and efficient
• Flexible, supportive and always ready to go that extra mile
• Passionate about Cricket (Sport) and the latest innovations within sports retail
• Playing experience preferable (advantageous though not essential)
• Previous retail experience (desirable though not essential)
