Customer Services Apprentice

Due to our continued success and expansion we are looking to recruit an apprentice in our customer services team.
The Customer Services Apprentice will play a key role in supporting the office staff to offer a high level of customer service with the general public and our major customers.
You will support the office team in advising customers on the status of their orders, ensuring dispatch of items on time, and helping with any order queries. We also run a busy indoor sports centre so you will be able to advise customers on booking availability, timings and opening hours. Whilst a large part of the role is service related to direct customers there will also be an amount of office admin duties within this role, supporting the office manager and sales team on projects and the accounts team with basic book keeping tasks.
Ideal candidates for the role are efficient and adaptable workers, with a keen interest in being part of a team within a rapidly expanding business. Good all round administrative abilities including the ability to work with computers. You must have excellent customer service skills and be a good organiser and able to communicate very well with the general public. A high proportion of your time will be spent on the frontline of customer service.
You will also receive training and experience across all aspects of the business.
The objective of the Customer Service Apprentice should be to develop into a full time member of the customer service team or to develop into another role within the business.
|Salary:||£12000 per annum|
Applicants should be 18+ and have at least a GCSE in Maths and English at C or above.
