OUR STORY

Serious Cricket was launched in 2005 and is the sister brand of Serious Sport.

Recognised nationally as your 'one-stop cricket shop', Serious Cricket was built by cricket professionals who wanted to change how cricket equipment, teamwear and coaching were offered. Founded by Neil Rider, who was previously a cricket development manager for the ECB and became the youngest-ever England Women's Manager and Assistant Coach between 2003-2007.

The Serious Cricket team is still full of passionate, professional and highly qualified cricket coaches and staff who are on hand 7 days a week to help you with your cricketing needs.

As a specialist cricket equipment retailer, we offer an extensive collection of high-quality cricket bats, pads, gloves, helmets, footwear, bags, protection, wicket keeping kit and coaching equipment. Available both online and in-store at our first-class cricket centre in Hampshire, we stock the finest cricket brands in the world including Gunn & Moore, Gray-Nicolls, New Balance, Kookaburra, MRF and many more.

When it comes to Cricket Teamwear, our mission has always been to remove the headaches associated with buying kit, a process we believe should be stress-free.

We aim to inspire cricket teams through the creation of unique designs which are manufactured by us here in the UK. Powered by our industry-leading team store platform, we can offer the quickest delivery times for cricket teamwear in the UK and this is why we are the official teamwear partner to over 1000 clubs in the UK.

COACHING & CRICKET CENTRE

Based at The Dummer Cricket Centre in Hampshire allows us to deliver a world-class cricket coaching program led by our team of ECB Level 3 Coaches. Additionally, we provide exceptional first-class net lane facilities, catering to cricketers of all ages and abilities who are looking to improve their game.
